NOTE: Instead of embedding images directly into my road trip story, I have instead embedded thumbnails of each image at the sides of pages. When one Mouse selects such thumbnails with a single click, an image window with minimal browser features at the size of the respective full web image, will open on one's screen at one of a couple specific locations. These downsized Coolpix images are either 720 or 600 pixels in maximum dimension. As one moves their mouse off the thumbnail image, the image window will close. The programming term for this is onClick and mouseOut on imagemaps. Thus one does not need to Mouse doubleclick an image for the image to open in a window. However if one wishes to open up any image so that it remains open in a normal full featured browser window, one can right Mouse click and select "Open" in the pop up window
